Train team members and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Injection Molder Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Previous manufacturing experience and lead/supervisory experience required.Plastic Injection Molding experience preferred.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, routings, and detailed work instructions.Strong math and measurement skills, including reading rulers, converting fractions, and performing basic calculations.Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs.
