The ideal candidate will be responsible for mold changeovers, basic maintenance and repair of molds and related equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of production tools.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Perform mold changeovers, including removal and installation of tooling, air lines, fill guns, and material supply hosesInspect and evaluate molds; relocate them based on assessment outcomesConduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance on molds and pressesRebuild and test fill guns to ensure proper operationVerify mold setup through test runsMaintain appropriate levels of spare parts for mold maintenance and fill gun repairsOperate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and complete safety check documentationAccurately complete production and quality recordsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work area following 5S standardsPerform all tasks in compliance with company safety and quality standardsOther duties as assignedCompensationPay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.BenefitsWe offer comprehensive benefits to include health and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills & QualificationsPrior experience with mold setup, injection molding, or tooling preferredMechanically inclined with hands-on troubleshooting abilityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret technical instructions and diagramsComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPIT (forklift) certification preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredHow To ApplyIf you're reliable, safety-conscious, and looking to build a career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply today.
