Infrastructure Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedIT Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and business applications. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems while providing technical support to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support LAN/WAN, VPN, internet, and communication systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, printers, phones, and networking equipment.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and related technologies.
• Monitor system performance, security, antivirus, and patch management.
• Provide end-user support, onboarding, and remote troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing systems.
• Assist with hardware/software deployments, upgrades, and system migrations.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and IT solutions.
• Communicate project and support status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of network and systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure
• VMware and Hyper-V
• Cisco networking technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting users remotely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
