Integrating engineering and infrastructure expertise, the full-time Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert will monitor and assess EAP foreign-assistance programs, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with design specifications while collaborating with various stakeholders, both onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor infrastructure projects, including construction progress, material quality, and compliance with design specifications Conduct feasibility studies, situational analyses, and technical assessments to support project design and evaluation Develop infrastructure-monitoring tools and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least seven years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with at least ten years of experience Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure monitoring and construction projects Strong understanding of MEL principles as they apply to infrastructure projects Proficiency in infrastructure-monitoring and assessment tools and methodologies Active Secret Clearance
