Leading a team of infrastructure engineers, the full-time Manager, Infrastructure Services (Windows, VMware & Citrix) will oversee the delivery and operational management of enterprise infrastructure services, ensuring service excellence and operational stability in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery and support of Windows, virtualization, and Citrix infrastructure services while ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational metrics Manage and mentor a team of engineers, establishing performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence Oversee infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and modernization programs, promoting automation and operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical infrastructure teams Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
