Infrastructure Service Owner (6-Month Contract, Remote)
We're looking for an Infrastructure Service Owner to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of two key internal services: Data Center Capacity Management and Technology Debt Management . This is a service and stakeholder management role, not a development role.
What you'll do:
- Own service strategy, governance, and continuous improvement
- Liaise with Business, Engineering, Operations, Vendors, and Leadership
- Gather requirements, define processes, and set priorities
- Work with engineering on a capacity management portal to anticipate shortages driven by rising AI demand
- Evolve the existing Tech Debt portal: collect user feedback, prioritize enhancements, ensure data accuracy, and support testing, releases, and adoption
- Monitor bugs and enhancement requests to improve the internal user experience
