Infrastructure Security Engineering Lead

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Head of Infrastructure Security Engineering will build and implement security controls for EDA clusters across on-prem and multi-cloud environments, ensuring performance-sensitive workloads are protected without degradation. Key responsibilities Build and lead a team, directing the technical roadmap for EDA-specific security controls Engineer security solutions that accommodate hard constraints and ensure uniform enforcement across environments Automate security evidence and continuously monitor security posture through KPIs and audit workflows Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in production infrastructure with at least 5 years in leadership roles Deep networking expertise in large compute environments Hands-on experience operating compute fleets at scale Understanding of hyperscaler methodologies for large-scale systems Experience securing performance-sensitive environments with engineered solutions
