Branch Office Builds and Renovations LeaderThis is to work at Brokerage for 3 days onsite and must have experience working Friday and Saturday. Money is good in the economy. Any VISA status. Look for older and more mature workers. Prefer financial environment as demanding, but people working at VISA, Client, Client, or huge retailers like Amazon, Walmart, etc. But, no one from insurance companies or non-profits organizations or city, state, federal agencies. This role is not a scrum master, not an SDM, not an engineer and not a network architect.
The role is the leader of the event.Requirements:10-12 years of technology project management experienceBranch office build, renovations, relocationsExperience with Cisco and Arista hardware and understands how to partner with vendors for installationExperience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds and/or corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and business relocationsUnderstanding of cabling, corporate services, cable managementKnowledge of network integrationsPlan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to the requestManage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/consultantsGather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level designIdentify and manage issue logDevelop, track and coordinate scheduleProcure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including stagingCreate and Manage the Technology Change Management ticketsProvide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as requiredSchedule UAT testers and BAU signoffsProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and ProjectStrong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow SkillsSkills Desired:Infrastructure project manager or Telecom project managerBachelor's Degree +Experience within financial services / consultingNetwork hardware knowledge: Cisco, AristaDark Fiber, WAN, LANData Center Builds, Consolidations, DecommissionsBranch Restacks and Renovations or office builds
