Job Title: Infrastructure Design Technician

Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Job Description:

• Responsible for internal network order fulfilment and designing circuit paths and equipment loads within the network.
• Within the design responsibilities, accountable for producing an accurate design layout record that demonstrates an understanding of the network, and documentation to support network failures and maintenance activity.

What you'll do:

• Fulfil internal network orders and design circuit paths + equipment loads across the network
• Produce accurate design layout records that prove your understanding of the network
• Build documentation that supports network failure response and maintenance activity

What you need:

• 2+ years of TIRKS experience (inventory / circuit design)
• Network topology experience
• TIRKS data entry experience

Nice to have:

• Omni View experience
• Planning experience
