Job TitleJob Description:Job Summary: Essential functions and responsibilities (duties which are critical/central to accomplishing the purpose of the job):Lead the management of client's IT infrastructure projects from planning to implementationWork with IT infrastructure manager on scoping, planning, coordination & execution of projectsSet project goals and develop plans to meet those goalsMaintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reportsEnsure that projects milestones and overall timelines are metIdentify, manage and proactively alert management of new project risksUse project management tools to track & report project performance and detailsOrganizing meetings to discuss project goals and progressDevelop weekly and monthly status reports identifying issues and risks, and document the status of each work assignment and plans for the following reporting periodSchedule meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and other participants; prepare agendas; and take meeting minutes capturing discussion points and action itemsDevelop relationship with PMO, business stakeholders & vendorsFacilitate communication and coordination between vendors, business managers & PMOFollow up on all pending items with vendors and various stakeholdersProvide status updates in weekly meetings and answer queries between weekly meetingsUpdate project details (track milestones, costs, and delivery dates in PM tool) in SmartsheetKnowledge, skills and abilities (required for this job): The candidate must have:5 or more years of professional work experience as a project manager (PMP or Agile)Good knowledge of technical IT concepts to understand requirements, facilitate conversations and advance projectsAbility to work on multiple projects at a time and deliver in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment under tight deadlinesStrong organizational skillsExcellent presentation and communications (written and oral) skills to effectively articulate strategy, milestones, and goals to target audiencesExperience with project management and Agile tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Demonstrate initiative with creative thinking with attention to detail
