Infrastructure Project ManagerInfrastructure Project Management is redefining strategic execution at Cboe—transforming how Global Infrastructure delivers innovation through disciplined intake, transparent roadmaps, and relentless accountability.The Infrastructure Project Manager partners with engineering teams across Global Infrastructure to deliver complex technical initiatives. This is not a generalist PM role—success requires genuine technical fluency across infrastructure domains and the ability to engage credibly with engineers on architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and operational tradeoffs.Projects span the full infrastructure stack including data center strategy, network architecture, platform modernization, enterprise systems, automation, observability, and security initiatives. The person in this position serves as the central point of coordination for projects spanning multiple infrastructure domains—translating complexity into clear plans, aligning competing priorities, and driving accountability from kickoff through production deployment.Your responsibilities will be:Lead engineering teams through the full project lifecycle, from requirements through production deployment and post-implementation reviewBuild and maintain roadmaps that connect technical execution to business prioritiesCoordinate cross-functional activities including migrations, deployments, and production changesServe as primary point of coordination across infrastructure engineering teamsInterface with all departments at Cboe Global Markets during enterprise level projects and programsCommunicate project status clearly and accurately to stakeholders at all levels Escalate issues appropriately when project health requires interventionIdentify risks early and develop mitigation strategies before they become blockersAssess the impact of changes across interconnected systems and environments and generate mitigation plans when necessaryDocument lessons learned and apply them to improve project outcomesThe ideal candidate has:The drive to take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $102,000-$132,000 in Kansas, $112,200-$145,200 in Chicago, and $127,500-$165,000 in New York, with actual compensation determined by job?related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.Additional information about Cboe's total rewards program, including benefits and other compensation components, can be found here: Total Rewards at CBOE.
