Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines.ResponsibilitiesAs an Infrastructure Program Manager with Hines, you will lead and support the execution of infrastructure buildouts, office deployments, and relocations across our global portfolio. This role is a hybrid of program delivery, technical oversight, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong, well-rounded understanding of enterprise infrastructure and can effectively coordinate and oversee implementations across networking, servers, end-user devices, and power systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Infrastructure Program DeliveryLead and coordinate infrastructure workstreams for office buildouts, moves, and renovationsOversee implementation across:Network architecture (LAN/WAN)Enterprise WiFi design and deploymentServer and core infrastructureEnd-user devices (workstations and office technology)Power and redundancy systems (UPS, failover, resiliency planning)Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful executionOn-Site Execution & DeploymentServe as the on-site infrastructure lead during critical phases of deployments and office movesCoordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams during installation and cutover activitiesIdentify and resolve issues in real time to ensure smooth go-livesTechnical OversightProvide informed oversight across infrastructure domains without requiring day-to-day hands-on engineeringReview and validate designs from vendors and internal teamsEnsure alignment across networking, compute, end-user, and physical infrastructureIdentify risks, gaps, and dependencies across systemsAI-First Program Delivery & OptimizationApply an AI-first approach to program planning and execution, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflowsUse AI to improve project planning, scheduling, risk identification, and dependency trackingStreamline coordination, status reporting, and communication through automation and AI-assisted insightsIdentify opportunities to embed AI into infrastructure deployment processes, vendor coordination, and operational handoffsStay current on emerging AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery speed, consistency, and qualityDocumentation, Diagramming & StandardsDevelop and maintain clear project documentation, deployment standards, and runbooksCreate infrastructure layouts, workflows, and deployment diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)Ensure documentation reflects both current-state implementations and scalable future-state designsContribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure standards and delivery methodologiesTeam & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate work across infrastructure engineers, offshore resources, and third-party vendorsHelp prioritize and direct execution across distributed teamsAct as a key liaison between technical teams, project stakeholders, and business partnersStandards & Quality AssuranceEnsure all deployments align with Hines infrastructure standards and best practicesContribute to the development and refinement of deployment standards and processesPromote consistency, scalability, and repeatability across all office environmentsQualificationsMinimum Requirements include:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionSix or more years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with exposure across multiple domainsStrong working knowledge (not necessarily hands-on) of:Enterprise networking (routing, switching, WAN)WiFi design and deploymentServers and core compute infrastructureEnd-user devices (workstations, office technology)Power redundancy and resiliency concepts (UPS, failover strategies)Experience leading or supporting infrastructure deployments (office buildouts, relocations, or similar projects)Ability to review and understand technical designs across multiple infrastructure domainsStrong coordination and organizational skills in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel for on-site project executionExperience in construction or workplace technology environmentsExperience working with offshore or distributed teamsFamiliarity with structured cabling and physical infrastructure designExperience leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery, reporting, or operational workflowsCertifications such as PMP, CCNA, or equivalentClosingAt Hines, we strive for excellence as a leading global real estate investment manager, driven by our belief that real estate is fundamentally about people.
