Leading a geographically distributed team, the full-time Infrastructure Manager will oversee the delivery of secure and scalable infrastructure services while managing operational excellence and driving IT transformation initiatives in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a geographically distributed Infrastructure team across the UK, India, and APAC Drive operational excellence across Azure, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and automation services Manage critical infrastructure incident response and support cloud transformation and infrastructure modernisation programmes Required qualifications Significant experience leading Infrastructure, Cloud, or IT Operations teams in enterprise environments Proven success managing geographically distributed teams and project delivery Strong experience in resource, capacity, risk, and dependency management Working knowledge of Azure and hybrid infrastructure, including automation and service management Relevant cloud, infrastructure, management, or project delivery certifications are desirable
