Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Infrastructure Engineering Lead will design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms in Microsoft Azure, focusing on financial risk management and regulatory compliance while managing a diverse team of DevOps, Compliance, and Release Management professionals. Key responsibilities Provide hands-on leadership for Azure-based infrastructure and DevOps capabilities supporting mission-critical financial systems Architect and operate secure, scalable Microsoft Azure environments for regulated workloads Lead operational execution for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 compliance, including audit readiness and continual improvement Required qualifications 10+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps with increasing leadership responsibility Hands-on experience building and operating Azure platforms in regulated financial environments Strong CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), automation, and reliability engineering experience Demonstrated ownership of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 operational controls Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
