The Infrastructure Engineer / Lead is responsible for supporting, managing, and migrating data center environments while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operations. This role involves hands‑on experience with servers, networking, and storage, as well as coordination of hardware deployments and migrations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support data center operations with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Provision, rack, and coordinate deployment of servers, network devices, and storage hardware
- Perform hardware, OS, and network troubleshooting
- Manage migration, deployment, and decommission of hardware
- Administer Windows servers and related infrastructure
- Utilize KVM-based remote access systems for management and troubleshooting
- Document processes, configurations, and updates clearly
- Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders for smooth operations
