Responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer I will install, maintain, and upgrade the Company's operating environment while ensuring reliability, performance, and support of the infrastructure. Key responsibilities: Monitor operating environments, respond to incidents, and support on-call responsibilities Design, install, configure, and maintain server operating systems, networks, and related utilities Collaborate with internal business clients to understand application context and ensure successful implementation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Three to five years of experience in an IT environment, with at least one year supporting personal computers in a multi-site environment Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, RHEL, and Windows Operating Systems Familiarity with middleware application platforms and job scheduling software
