The organisation is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support a large, multi-site enterprise environment in Mesa, AZ. This hands-on role involves working across Microsoft cloud technologies, virtualization platforms, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and core infrastructure, with a focus on taking ownership and driving projects forward.
Responsibilities:
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments.
* Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Assist with cloud adoption initiatives and Azure-based infrastructure projects.
* Support and maintain virtualization environments including VMware and Hyper-V.
* Participate in ongoing Hyper-V migration efforts.
* Manage backup and recovery solutions utilizing Veeam.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, systems, and cloud-related issues.
* Support enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and telephony solutions.
* Assist with network administration and troubleshooting involving Cisco technologies.
* Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
* Take ownership of projects from planning through implementation with minimal supervision.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver infrastructure initiatives.
Skills/Must Have:
* 5+ years of Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Senior Systems Administration experience.
* Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
* Experience with Microsoft Defender and security administration.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and compliance technologies.
* SharePoint Online administration experience.
* Microsoft Teams administration and support experience.
* Experience working with Azure cloud services.
* VMware administration experience.
* Hyper-V administration experience.
* Experience with Veeam backup and recovery solutions.
* Working knowledge of Cisco networking fundamentals.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* Experience supporting mid-sized to enterprise environments.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
