Leading the infrastructure function, the full-time Sr. Director, Infrastructure will manage platform ownership, reliability, and governance across a hybrid environment (AWS and Azure), ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers across various domains including cloud, compute, and network Own end-to-end infrastructure platforms and ensure their availability, performance, and resilience Define and implement infrastructure strategy, standards, and operational processes while driving automation and efficiency Required qualifications: 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud, and enterprise operations 7+ years leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams Strong experience with AWS, Azure tenant services, and network platforms Proven experience in incident management and operational leadership Demonstrated ability to drive operational and organizational change in complex environments
