The Infrastructure Architect is a hands-on technical leader responsible for managing incidents and solving complex technical problems across enterprise systems.
This role demands deep infrastructure expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead incident management and resolution efforts across enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Apply deep expertise in infrastructure and cloud technologies to support operational excellence.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders during critical incidents and routine operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure processes and tools.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience in leading incident response and technical troubleshooting.
- Salesforce administration and integration
- Databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Observability platforms (e.g., Datadog)
- Cisco networking (switches, VLANs, routing)
- Programming/scripting (Python, Bash)
- Infrastructure-as-code tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to work extended hours during critical incidents.
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in consulting or vendor-facing roles.
