All of our products are backed by complete technical support that ensures quality, reliability, and value.We are seeking an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager who will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Americhem's global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment.
This role will oversee both on-premise and cloud-based systems while ensuring a strong security posture across the organization.An experienced, strategic, and hands-on leader with the ability to manage complex environments, lead teams, and drive technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence is critical to success in this role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectivesOversee global infrastructure including network, servers, cloud platforms (Azure), endpoints, and collaboration systemsEnsure high availability, scalability, performance, and resilience of all IT systemsLead cloud strategy, including hybrid architecture, governance, and cost optimizationEstablish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including testing and documentationDevelop and maintain cybersecurity programs, policies, and standards to protect company systems and dataLead vulnerability management, risk assessments, penetration testing, and remediation effortsOversee endpoint security, network security, identity management, and monitoring solutionsDirect incident response activities and lead root cause analysisEnsure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry security requirementsProvide leadership and direction to infrastructure and service desk teamsEstablish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality IT service deliveryDrive continuous improvement using ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change, and asset management)Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle managementPromote automation, standardization, and process efficiency across IT operationsManage IT projects, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiativesProvide escalation support for complex technical issues and participate in architecture and system designContribute to scripting, automation, and technical documentationServe as a technical advisor to IT leadership on emerging technologies and risk mitigation strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field requiredAdvanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Azure, Security+, ITIL) preferred7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and Azure cloud)Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, including risk management and incident responseExperience with ITIL-based service management and service desk operationsSkillsStrong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity platforms (AD/Entra ID)Experience with enterprise networking, firewalls, routing, and secure remote accessWorking knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001)Strong project and vendor management capabilitiesFinancial acumen, including budgeting and cost optimizationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesAdditional InformationTravel: Up to 10–20%Desired Qualities/AttributesStrategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business goalsStrong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop teamsHands-on mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levelsCalm and decisive under pressure, particularly during incidentsStrong ownership mentality with the ability to drive initiatives to completionContinuous learner who stays current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trendsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
