Seeking a skilled Infrastructure Administrator (Windows/Linux) for a hybrid, full-time contract role in Boston, MA, who will manage a mixed Windows/Linux infrastructure, provide technical support to end-users, and maintain computer systems and software. Key responsibilities: Manage all functions related to server operating systems and hardware Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals while documenting IT processes and configurations Required qualifications: Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting Windows servers Strong technical background in an enterprise environment with experience in hardware, software, RAID configuration, and patching Proficient in configuring and maintaining Windows operating systems, with additional knowledge of Linux/WSL Experience with IT security practices and protocols Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated environment
