Conduct IT due diligence and infrastructure assessments (applications, servers, networks, cloud, data platforms)Your Responsibilities:Should know integration strategy: full migration, coexistence, or phased transformationDevelop and execute integration roadmaps aligned with business prioritiesInfrastructure & Platform IntegrationCloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP tenancy alignment)Data centers, servers, storage, and virtualization platformsNetwork architecture (connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, identity access)Lead integration of enterprise platforms (AD/LDAP, email, collaboration tools, monitoring systems)Support data platform alignment (e.g., Snowflake, data lakes, ETL ecosystems)Act as the bridge between integration leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teamsDrive governance forums for integration decisions and prioritizationIdentify integration risks (security gaps, compliance issues, technical debt)Ensure alignment with enterprise security, regulatory, and data privacy standardsDrive remediation and hardening of acquired infrastructureManage cross-functional dependencies across infrastructure, applications, and business teamsDrive change management and communication plans for impacted users and systemsTrack integration budgets and cost synergies (data center exit, license rationalization)Ensure smooth handover to BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations post-integrationEstablish support models, SLAs, and monitoring frameworksDrive documentation and knowledge transferEssential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:8–12 years of IT experience with strong infrastructure backgroundProven experience in M&A IT integration, carve-outs, or divestitureGood understanding of:Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Enterprise infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)Experience with hybrid environments and large-scale migrationsStrong program/project management expertise (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)Experience in integration frameworks (Day 1 readiness, TSA management)PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certificationsDesirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience:Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, big data ecosystems)Identity & access management (AD, SSO, IAM)Exposure to cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.)
