Saviynt EngineerThe Saviynt Engineer is responsible for hands-on implementation, configuration, and support of Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

The role focuses on Saviynt module implementation, integrations, access governance, and operational support across on-prem and cloud environments, working closely with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:6–8 years' experience in IAM / Identity Governance2-3 years hands-on Saviynt experience (EIC / IGA / Security Manager)Strong experience in:Identity Lifecycle Management (JML)Access Certifications and SoDRole Engineering and RBACExperience integrating IAM solutions in hybrid and cloud environmentsGood understanding of IAM controls, audit requirements, and compliance needsStrong communication skills and ability to work with global delivery teamsKey Responsibilities:Implement and configure Saviynt IGA solutions including:Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)Access Request Management (ARM)Access Certifications / RecertificationsSegregation of Duties (SoD)Role Mining and Role EngineeringConfigure and customize:Saviynt workflows, rules, jobs, approvals, and notificationsAnalytics, reports, dashboards, and campaignsPerform application onboarding using standard and custom connectors (REST, JDBC, SCIM)Develop and maintain integrations with Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra IDDevelop and support custom Saviynt workflows and APIsPerform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production supportSupport audits by providing access evidence, reports, and documentationCollaborate with architects and security teams to align implementation with designParticipate in upgrades, enhancements, and tool migrations (e.g., SailPoint to Saviynt)Maintain strong documentation and follow SDLC and change-management processesNice to Have:Certifications:Saviynt Certified IGA ProfessionalCISSP / CISMAWS / Azure Security CertificationsExposure to CI/CD and IaC (Terraform)
