Varicent DeveloperKey ResponsibilitiesVaricent Development & Configuration Design, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives modules, including:Compensation modelsComponents, rules, and calculationsData tables and data integrationWorkflows and approval processesBuild and optimize ICM models to support incentive plan changes and business needs.Data Management & Integration Manage ETL processes for loading and transforming sales/HR/finance data.Create and maintain robust data pipelines for accurate, timely compensation processing.Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.Reporting & Analytics Develop dashboards and reports within Varicent (Composer, Presenter, or other modules).Provide insights on sales performance, incentive payouts, quota attainment, and trends.Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation analytics to leadership.Support & Operations Execute monthly/quarterly compensation runs, validations, and reconciliations.Resolve system issues, calculation discrepancies, and user queries.Work with cross functional teams (Sales Ops, Finance, HR) to support compensation cycles.Documentation & Compliance Maintain documentation for models, rules, data flows, and integrations.Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal controls.Assist with UAT, testing, and deployment of enhancements.Seeking a Varicent Developer with 4–7 years of hands on experience in Varicent Incentives (ICM/SPM). The ideal candidate has strong skills in compensation modeling, data integration, workflow configuration, and performance reporting. This role requires both technical and functional knowledge of sales compensation processes and Varicent implementation/administration.
