Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and mobile devices.
Provide Tier 1 hardware, software, and basic network support.
Assist with MS Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing setups.
Support Active Directory, MECM, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
Maintain IT assets and technical documentation.
Provide onsite and remote technical support.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred.
0–1 year of IT support or troubleshooting experience.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, Windows, and Office 365.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday and participate in on-call rotation. xhqgsiq
