Position : IT Support Technician
Contract Length: 6-weeks (covering for a person that is on medical leave)
Work Arrangement : Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule : Flexible, 6:00a-3:00p or 7:00a-4:00p is preferred.
- Shipping and receiving hardware shipments.
- Imaging and QA of computer shipments.
- Management of ticket queue and communication with end-users on ticket/computer shipment status.
- Deskside/in-person support at corporate HQ including office moves and hardware setup.
- Occasional miscellaneous troubleshooting and IT support.
