Information Technology Support Technician

The client manufactures patient care monitoring devices that must be prepared and validated before being shipped to hospitals. The objective is to ensure that the monitors arrive fully configured and ready for installation.

The work is highly procedural and quality-focused, involving:

• Loading and installing software on monitoring devices
• Applying purchased options and configurations
• Verifying and validating setup as per client standards
• Documenting activities in ServiceMax
• Repacking devices for shipment
• Following detailed client work instructions and quality processes

Candidate Requirements:

Working Lead – Pre-Delivery Centre (PDC) - 3 – 5 Years Experience

• Must have prior experience performing similar device configuration, hardware deployment, manufacturing, quality control, or technical production work.
• Should be capable of guiding the team and handling escalations independently.

Senior Technician & Technician (Trainee)

• We are open to candidates coming from Technical Support, L1 Support, Desktop Support, IT Support, or similar backgrounds.
• Prior experience with medical devices is not mandatory.
• The client will provide training on monitor configuration, validation, and QC processes.

Location & Training

• Work Location: Murrysville, PA
• This is a 100% onsite, full-day role, so candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.
• After joining, all selected candidates will undergo a mandatory 3-week training program at the client's training centre in Cleveland, OH.
• All travel, lodging, and related training expenses will be borne by the client.
