About the role
This role supports internal employees with day-to-day IT needs in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will be a key onsite resource, including acting as primary IT support for an incoming acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote end-user IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
- Support employees locally and globally
- Maintain IT support documentation and procedures
- Serve as primary IT point of contact for a newly integrated team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate IT / end-user support
- Strong hands‑on support for MacOS and Windows environments
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Exposure to Okta and Workspace ONE preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
- Estimated hourly range: $40–$50/hr (W-2)
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results
