IT Support Specialist
On-site in Phoenix, Monday - Friday
Scope of work is primarily PC and end-user focused with some specific deliverables including:
- Build shopfloor PCs using USB image (over 130 across all 3 sites)
- Participate in shopfloor planning discussions
- Deploy shopfloor machines in accordance with agreed plan
- Provide support for remote teams, to include:
- Connecting laptop to network devices for remote configuration
- Connecting laptop to firewall(s) for remote configuration
- Connecting laptop to compute switches for remote configuration
- Assist with printer migration by updating print drivers on PCs and troubleshooting
- Assist with application migration by updating PCs to connect to new applications
- Provide day-to-day end-user desktop support as needed, including troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and performing standard application installations.
- Support technical PC and standard user process activities associated with physical security and other compliance requirements.
