Information Technology Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Manage an active requisition pipeline of 20–30 openings across Solutions Architecture and Field Sales domains.

• Intake & Calibration: Partner directly with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions, calibrate job profiles, and define tailored candidate evaluation criteria.

• Active Sourcing & Outreach: Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms (Hire), ClearanceJobs, and niche channels—avoiding reliance on generic job boards.

• Screening & Assessment: Review inbound and sourced profiles, conduct detailed behavioral and qualifying phone screens, evaluate compensation expectations, and prepare candidates for technical assessments.

• Cross-Functional Handoffs: Partner with Recruiting Leads and Coordinators to ensure seamless scheduling transitions for onsite interview rounds, debriefs, and offer generation.

• Stakeholder Management: Deliver professional, data-backed talent updates and communication when interfacing with senior internal business leaders and government/public sector stakeholders.

• Pipeline Integrity: Maintain high data hygiene across internal applicant tracking systems and CRM tools, capturing end-to-end candidate notes from initial engagement through final disposition.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1.5 to 2+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency, staffing, or high-volume corporate environment.

• ATS & Sourcing Tools: Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS).

• AI & Workflow Automation: Practical experience leveraging AI-assisted tools, workflow extensions, and candidate engagement systems to streamline sourcing and candidate outreach.

• High-Volume Capability: Proven ability to manage a heavy requisition load (20+ requisitions simultaneously) without sacrificing candidate experience or data accuracy.

• Communication & Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort managing candidate interactions and stakeholder discussions across technical, enterprise, or government settings.

• Autonomy: Ability to operate independently with high initiative while collaborating across a globally dispersed talent team.
