Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Use ServiceNow for timeline management, demand/ticket creation, and project tracking.
- Coordinate with global and US teams across IT, finance, supply chain, cybersecurity, retail, and e-commerce.
- Prepare project updates and presentations for senior leadership using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
- Manage governance approvals, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional project execution.
