Summary:

This is an IT Project Manager role requiring 5–7 years of experience, focused on managing the integration of a newly acquired brand into a global business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Use ServiceNow for timeline management, demand/ticket creation, and project tracking.
• Coordinate with global and US teams across IT, finance, supply chain, cybersecurity, retail, and e-commerce.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for senior leadership using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Manage governance approvals, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional project execution.

Ideal Candidate: An experienced IT Project Manager with systems implementation experience, strong ServiceNow proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage global stakeholders.

Location: NYC – Hudson Yards preferred; Berkeley Heights, NJ, also an option.
