A growing Mid-Atlantic organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager / IT Leader to oversee enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, business applications, and IT service delivery across multiple locations.
This is a highly visible leadership role working closely with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals while managing day-to-day IT operations and a team of technology professionals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery across multiple locations
Manage and mentor IT staff, including systems administrators, technical support professionals, and application support teams
Oversee enterprise applications, cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity initiatives, and vendor relationships
Drive infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, and process improvement initiatives
Manage IT budgets, technology investments, and third-party service providers
Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, system availability, and security best practices
Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of progressive IT experience
3+ years in IT management, infrastructure leadership, or technology operations leadership
Experience supporting multi-site environments
Strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and vendor management
Experience leading teams, projects, and IT service delivery initiatives
Manufacturing, construction, logistics, transportation, industrial, or related operational industry experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
ITIL, PMP, Security+, AWS, Microsoft, or related certifications are a plus
