We are seeking a driven and strategic IT Director to lead global technology operations and support the continued growth and digital advancement of our organization.What You'll DoOversee global technology operations and ensure alignment with organizational objectivesEnsure compliance with all global and governmental regulations related to cybersecurity, security, and data privacyPartner with executive leadership to optimize the use of technology across the organizationDesign and implement strategic IT programs that improve operational effectiveness and efficiencyProvide technical leadership and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver digital solutions that strengthen global competitivenessLead the delivery and support of network infrastructure, disaster recovery systems, and business continuity processesOversee operational performance of IT systems and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectivelyDrive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis and long term solutionsSupport and lead global IT initiatives across SPIROL facilitiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldManufacturing environment experience required; automotive or aerospace industry experience preferred10+ years of experience managing an IT departmentDemonstrated experience developing and implementing long term IT strategies and 5 year roadmapsStrong leadership, collaboration, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong problem solving and strategic planning abilitiesAbility to travel globally to SPIROL facilities as neededWhy SPIROL?At SPIROL, people matter.
