Information Technology Director

Accountable for the availability and security of IT systems, the full-time remote Information Technology Director will own the strategy and roadmap for Microsoft 365, oversee Azure and infrastructure environments, and lead a geographically distributed IT team to ensure operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Manage the strategy and governance of Microsoft 365 to ensure its security and value to the organization Coordinate with operations leadership and the VP of IT to align technology priorities with business needs Lead and develop a distributed IT team while standardizing operational processes and practices Required qualifications Proven experience in IT leadership roles, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Strong understanding of information security principles and data governance Experience managing geographically distributed teams Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives Familiarity with vendor management and partnership coordination
