Security Technology Organization PAM BAYou will play a crucial role for the following currently in-flight and high visibility projects with the bank’s Security Technology Organization. As a PAM BA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and security of user identity data within our organization. Your attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy will contribute to the overall success of our identity governance efforts, enhancing our security posture and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance starter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practicesDefine and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterpriseProvide technical leadership and guidance to PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutionsIdentify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop risk mitigation strategiesConduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controlsEnsure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and framework (NIST, ISO 27001)Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principlesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologiesServe as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance effortsPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges and achievementsQualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience with significant experience working as a BA on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teamsProven experience in identity governance, administration in Privileged Access Management (PAM)Familiarity with identity management tools and systems like CyberArkKnowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office SuiteExperienced enough to handle process improvement and synergies “big picture”Comfortable running SQL queries and digging into the details of a project.
