Must Have Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce, including expertise with the Versus12 (V12) Enterprise Application Suite
- Background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on supporting medical providers
- Familiarity with provider credentialing processes (preferred)
- Proven track record managing application development teams, including true development (not just configuration)
- Strong business-first mindset with the ability to translate business needs into application functionality
- Experience leading self-directed teams, managing deliverables and priorities proactively
- Expertise with Salesforce integrations across enterprise systems
Responsibilities and Job Details
- Lead and manage a hybrid team of developers, business analysts, and QA professionals
- Oversee multiple Salesforce-based applications, including one core app, a customized V12 solution, and a new homegrown platform
- Act as a delivery leader, driving initiatives without needing close supervision or follow-up
- Serve as the application expert, confidently guiding feasibility discussions and knowing when to involve vendors
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand processes and ensure application development aligns with goals
- Own the roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business impact
- Drive continuous improvement and performance across the development team
- Mentor and coach team members to foster long-term growth and success
- Proactively identify risks and elevate issues as needed
- Ensure scalable and efficient integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Support the organization’s mission to enhance provider operations through technology solutions
- Play a key role in sustaining and expanding internal Salesforce capabilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
