If this aligns with your values and you want to join a leader in the banking industry, we are hiring for an Information Systems Security Officer that will be responsible for establishing and maintaining information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures, and for monitoring compliance therewith.Major Duties/AccountabilitiesPrimary ownership and administration of an online user provisioning systemCollaborates with various departments to integrate security measures into business processesConducts regular security risk assessmentsCoordinates and implement the security awareness training programCoordinates the periodic review of user access rights with department managersEstablishes security monitoring methodologies, perform periodic security reviews, and monitor outstanding vulnerabilities and patch statusEstablishes documentation and reporting, demonstrating secure server and network environments and compliance with documented standardsDevelops comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with financial industry cybersecurity frameworks and best practicesServes as the IT department liaison to external auditors and examiners for the purpose of audit preparation, evidence collection, and follow-upCollaborates with internal IT teams and auditors to review audit findings and implement corrective actionsComplies with all banking laws and regulations, and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer informationOther duties as assignedRequirements/Desired QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degreeWell-versed in various information security frameworks, standards, and industry compliance requirements (NIST CSF, PCI, ISO 27002, CIS Baselines)Knowledgeable in the best practices of Cybersecurity managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have an eye for detailGood interpersonal skills and be able to work within and foster a team environmentEffective communication skills, verbally and in writing, and across all levelsPreferredCISA, CISSP, CISM, GSNA, or similar certification5+ years of network audit and related Information Systems Security Officer experienceThe Major Duties/Accountabilities listed above are only a summary of the typical functions of this job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
