From employee and family events to career–long support, we create a community you'll never want to leave.Position Responsibilities:Develop and implement security policies and proceduresOversee and manage risk assessments and vulnerability managementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and standardsManage security incidents and respond to breachesLead a team of security professionalsProvide regular reports and updates to senior managementRequired Skills:Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)Experience with risk management and threat mitigation strategiesProficiency in security incident response and managementFamiliarity with security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS)Expertise in compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)Knowledge of network and systems security protocolsDesired Skills:Experience with cloud security solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolsProficiency in data encryption techniques and toolsKnowledge of security automation and orchestration toolsUnderstanding of DevSecOps practicesExperience in managing security audits and assessments
