Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO)
- Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework, including NIST Special Publications 800 series
- Knowledge of security configuration and hardening, including cloud infrastructure
- Ability to timely shepherd project teams through the NIST or RMF process
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
- Experience as an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) or Security Control Assessor (SCA)
- Knowledge of automation, cloud security, and vulnerability scanning
- Ability to solve complex security challenges
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Master's degree in IT or Cybersecurity
- Security+, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent certification
Eligibility & Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors such as location, education, experience, and contract-specific requirements. Posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
