- Ph.D. with internationally recognized research program integrating artificial intelligence and advanced analytics in healthcare systems
- Record of publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals appropriate to career stage
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with diverse faculty, staff and students
- Record of pursuing or securing external research funding, or demonstrated potential to do so
- Evidence of excellence or strong potential in teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership
- Demonstrated success or strong potential in collaborative transdisciplinary research
