Information Systems Analyst (Hybrid in Coral Gables, FL)

Part time – 3 days a week (Tuesday‑Thursday) 8 AM‑4 PM in the Miami‑Coral Gables office.

Description

• Help troubleshoot end‑user hardware (laptops, printers) and conference room technology; coordinate with third‑party vendors when required.
• Maintain the IT hardware asset database and support automation efforts through scripting in PowerShell.
• Support lower‑tier teams with training, documentation, and hands‑on assistance; assist higher‑tier teams with racking and testing of infrastructure equipment.
• Provide support for remote workers and remote regional sites, including provisioning and deprovisioning activities related to regional office locations.
• Stay current in relevant technologies, contribute to IT policies and procedures, and provide accurate technical solutions to employees.

Education

• 4‑year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer‑facing IT support role.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting Microsoft end‑user technologies (Windows, Office applications, etc.).

Other Requirements

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills.
• PowerShell experience.
• Experience with infrastructure technology (servers, networking equipment) preferred.
• Experience with an ITSM platform (specifically ServiceNow) preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Approximately 5% travel may be required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
