Seeking a hands-on Information Security Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the ISO 27001 ISMS across multiple business units, ensuring audit readiness and driving corrective actions while fostering a culture of security awareness in a life sciences technology company. Key responsibilities Own the day-to-day operations of the ISO 27001 ISMS and ensure audit readiness Drive corrective actions to closure and maintain a live risk register with mitigation plans Build and implement security awareness training that effectively changes behavior Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Information Security / ISMS operations, preferably in med tech or life sciences Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 implementation and external audits Proven track record of measurable impact in reducing vulnerabilities and automating processes Understanding of cloud security fundamentals Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
