Information Security Staff Risk AnalystAs an Information Security Staff Risk Analyst at Deluxe, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of security and compliance, in particular with our cyber resilience and preparedness. We are looking for a proactive professional with excellent collaboration skills and a comprehensive understanding of cyber risk management frameworks and best practices. The ideal candidate will be eager to deepen their expertise and take a leading role in conducting internal and external risk assessments within a regulated business environment.Job Functions:Lead cyber resiliency table-tops and evaluates opportunities to ensure alignment with the organization's risk posture.Oversee documentation for the cyber risk management program, including methodologies, tools, and processes.Collaborate with enterprise program teams to discuss risk themes, share lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.Develop and prepare internal risk assessment reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Apply advanced IT risk assessment methodologies by leveraging industry best practices.Learn IT risk assessment methodologies by staying familiar with industry best practices. Support policy and procedure development to enhance robust security and compliance. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
