Lead security, compliance, and cloud initiatives to deliver technology projects that protect data, ensure compliance, and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and project closeout.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Coordinate efforts across security, infrastructure, data, application, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors.
Track project progress, provide status reporting, and drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery methodologies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of IT project management experience within security, compliance, or cybersecurity environments.
5+ years of broader IT experience.
Experience managing multiple complex technology projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and cybersecurity concepts such as identity management, network security, risk management, encryption, and data protection.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
You have 5+ years managing security-focused IT projects. Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams across security, cloud, and compliance. Proficient with Agile, Waterfall, and cloud security methodologies
