Information Security Manager – IAM Operations

• Lead IAM operational teams and build a cross-trained organization supporting multiple processes and functions
• Manage and optimize IAM business operations in alignment with security and business objectives
• Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions or risk treatment plans
• Train users on IAM policies and procedures and provide expert troubleshooting and support
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, HR, and business teams to improve IAM processes, automation, and efficiency
• Develop IAM business strategies, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and compliance
• Support IAM initiatives including RBAC, PAM, and identity lifecycle management
• Ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and access review processes
• Manage IAM-related projects and drive continuous improvements in identity governance, workflows, and user experience
• Translate business needs into actionable IAM strategies as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
• Monitor and enhance IAM risk management processes and mitigate security gaps
• Work with vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure IAM operations follow best practices
• Drive operational excellence, develop talent, promote knowledge sharing, and improve workforce flexibility and resiliency

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security operations management, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
• 5+ years of Identity Access Management experience preferred
• 2+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
• 2+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems
• Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, identity governance, and security best practices
• Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant information security professional certifications
• Ability to work in office under a hybrid schedule
