Information Security Lead

To support the Digital and Technology value stream, the full-time Business Information Security Lead will manage security initiatives, enforce compliance with security policies, and provide risk management expertise while working remotely from anywhere in the continental United States. Key responsibilities Consult on key business initiatives to ensure comprehensive risk management and security compliance Execute the security program in collaboration with Value Stream partners by identifying and remediating risks Present monthly security compliance status and remediation plans to Value Stream leadership Required qualifications At least 5+ years of information security experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience Broad foundational knowledge in information and cyber security domains, particularly in risk management Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA) and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) Experience executing security compliance plans and managing cybersecurity risks
