Information Security Engineer 3Duration: 06+ Month(s)Location: Charlotte, NC – 28262 – Hybrid RolesJob Description:The Virtual Directory Engineer will be primarily responsible for interacting with our internal customers. In this role, the Engineer will work in the Agile Team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions. Solutions will include caching or proxying data from identity silos.Role will also include responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc.
Other responsibilities include monitoring alerts and responding accordingly, updating and validating existing documentation, and ad hoc work as appropriate.Responding to ongoing customer requests – must be great at asking questions to develop a good understanding of their needsSupporting Radiant Logic VDS and Oracle Unified DirectoryParticipating in DC migration effortsHandling new customer intakeUnderstanding of LDAP concepts and IAM as a wholeExperience with SQL Database (views/joins/lookups) and ETL conceptsFamiliarity with virtual directory products like Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, PING, PING Federate, or similar productsExperience in Agile environmentsGreat customer interaction skills are very important because they'll be helping intake customer requestsBasic understanding of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC is helpful but not criticalFamiliarity with SIEM tools is a plus but not needed for the role – mainly because it could help you understand how data is aggregated into a single view.Top Skill:RadiantOne FIDVirtual Directory TechnologyLDAPPowerShell
