Working remotely, the full-time Information Assurance Specialist will maintain accurate records between Salesforce and adjacent systems, focusing on identifying and remediating duplicate records while resolving maintenance requests from a Salesforce-based ticketing system. Key responsibilities Resolve Salesforce cases submitted by internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates to Salesforce objects Leverage software tools for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues Collaborate with internal teams to address cross-functional data and process issues while improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Required qualifications 1-3 years of related work experience Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel High aptitude for working with dynamic information systems Ability to travel 1-2 times a year for team events
