Information Assurance Manager (IAM)Drive the Future of Aviation CybersecurityAre you passionate about protecting critical systems and shaping the future of secure aviation technology? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Information Assurance Manager (IAM) to lead our cybersecurity efforts across aviation security equipment, enterprise platforms, and network infrastructure.In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding cutting-edge technologies—working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and compliance teams to build secure-by-design solutions and maintain a world-class security posture.What You'll DoLead Security Strategy & InnovationDesign and implement advanced cybersecurity architectures for aviation security systems, including CT scanning technology, network infrastructure, and enterprise software.Champion secure product development by embedding DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle.Collaborate Across the OrganizationPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Corporate IT, and Compliance teams to ensure security is seamlessly integrated into all systems.Act as a key advisor and leader in secure design, development, and deployment initiatives.Own Security Governance & ComplianceDevelop and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, and NIS2 frameworks.Lead risk assessments and vulnerability management efforts, including POA&M tracking and mitigation planning.Play a critical role in achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification.Drive Audits & CertificationsConduct security audits across Linux systems, hardware, and networks.Support and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) through adherence to the Risk Management Framework (RMF).Be the Customer-Facing Security ExpertServe as the primary point of contact for customers on all information assurance matters.Communicate security practices, compliance updates, and risk mitigation strategies with clarity and confidence.Participate in customer engagements, including international travel, to support security reviews and discussions.What You BringRequired QualificationsUS Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of cybersecurity experience, with a focus on software development environments3+ years in a leadership or management role within information assuranceStrong expertise in: NIST SP 800-53, RMF, ISO 27001, NIS2Security policy development, STIGs, and compliance frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholdersOne or more of the following certifications: CISSP, GSE, CASP+, or CCNP SecurityPreferred QualificationsExperience in the aviation security industryProven track record in risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and security auditingHands-on knowledge of: Linux systems (Red Hat or similar), modern networking environments, databases, web servers, and virtualized systemsWhy Join Us?Make an Impact: Protect mission-critical aviation systems used globallyInnovate: Work with advanced technologies and forward-thinking teamsCollaborate: Engage with customers and teams around the worldGrow: Influence security strategy and drive meaningful changeWhat We Offer:9/80 work schedule – enjoy every other Friday off!Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability plans.HRA (for PPO plan participants) /HSA (Health Savings Account for high deductible plan participants) contribution401K with company match and immediate vestingContinuous Education AssistanceSupportive culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellenceJoin us at Analogic and be a part of our transformative journey!
